How To Use Our Web Site
Using The Shopping Cart
Once you find what you are looking for, you can add the item to your virtual 'Shopping Cart' by clicking the "Add 2 Cart" button listed next to every item.If you need to change a quantity or delete an item, click the 'Modify Cart' button at the bottom of the cart.

Checking Out
Once you have finished browsing the store and have selected your items, you are ready to check out. To begin the process, click the 'Check Out' button on the bottom of your shopping cart. You will be asked to enter your shipping location.

Security
Our site protects your transactions with the highest levels of security. Our servers use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator and Communicator (version 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (version 3.0 and above) browsers. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be intercepted as the information travels over the Internet between your browser and our site.

Look for these signs that you are in a secure environment.
- The URL in the browser window displays "https" at the beginning, instead of http.
In Netscape Communicator:
The padlock in the lower left corner of the Navigator window will be closed instead of open.

In Internet Explorer:
Microsoft Internet Explorer tells users when encryption is in use by displaying a padlock icon in the bar at the bottom of the IE window.

It's virtually unheard of for someone's credit card info to be stolen via the Web and misused. And in the highly unlikely event that it is, the Fair Credit Billing Act protects e-shoppers against unauthorized use of credit information, limiting liability to only $50.

Shipping Information
Method of Delivery
The method of delivery depends on the number of items ordered and the destination. Generally, if you order 1-2 Items we will ship via U.S.P.S. Priority mail, and 3 or more items will be shipped via UPS, although this can vary for several reasons. For example, if you list a P.O. Box for your address, we can only ship via Priority Mail, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Shipping Charges
The delivery costs are listed below. On rare occasions, one or more of your items may be backordered, and we will usually ship what is in stock immediately, with your backordered item(s) shipped ASAP. Regardless of how many separate shipments are required to fulfill your order, your shipping costs will remain the same. You will never be charged more for multiple shipments.

      Ground- $6.95 for the first item, $1.95 per each additional item, with a maximum of $16.70
      3 Day- $13.95 for the first item, $1.95 per each additional item*
      2 Day- $15.95 for the first item, $1.95 per each additional item*
      Canada
      $9.95 for the first item, $1.95 for each additional item*.

Transit Times

Most orders are shipped within two working days.** Once shipped, transit times can vary from 2 to 8 working days depending on the destination and shipping method. Please note that all shipments originate in California.

**Working Days- Our shipping department, as well as most delivery companies operate Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are NOT counted as working days.

2 Day and 3 Day orders MUST be placed by 3:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. Every effort is made to process 2 Day and 3 Day orders the same day, however we cannot guarantee same day processing.

International Shipping
International customers must contact us directly. Due to the nature of the video business, all international orders are handled on a case by case basis. This is required due to the sometimes complicated issue of video and footage rights. Not all videos can be shipped to all countries. Also, delivery costs can vary dramatically from country to country, and will be calculated on a case by case basis as well. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in US$. International customers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges or tariffs on the products when the package arrives in their country.

Policies
Backorders
We strive to make sure all items are ready to ship, but occasionally some items are out of stock. Generally, we will ship the available items immediately, with your backordered item(s) shipped ASAP. Regardless of how many separate shipments are required to fulfill your order, your shipping costs will remain the same. You will never be charged more for multiple shipments. When you pay with a credit card, backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. In the very rare instance an item will be on backorder for more than thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of canceling or replacing that item.

Pre Orders
When a new item is about to be released, we will begin accepting pre orders, insuring your order will be one of the first shipped. The item will list a release date, and your pre order will ship within a few days of that date. Please note the release date is an approximate date, and can change for a variety of reasons. As with backorders, your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. You can cancel your pre order at any time before it is shipped. After it has shipped you must follow the normal return policies.

Payment Information
For online ordering, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

If ordering offline, we accept the above listed credit cards, as well as money orders, club/league checks and personal checks. If you order with a personal check, your order may be delayed up to 7 days.

Exchanges/Returns
Videos and DVDs
To return a video or DVD for exchange or refund, merchandise must still be in its original, unopened shrink wrap. Unless defective, videos and DVDs may not be returned after they have been opened. Defective videos, and DVDs can be replaced with the same title only.
Books
Unless defective, books may not be returned. Defective books will be exchanged for the same title only.

All personal information submitted with your order is just that... Personal. We only ask for information that is necessary to process and ship your order, or contact you with questions or problems related to your order. You can rest assured that all information submitted to us will not leave our organization.

Video Formats/compatibility
All our DVDs and videos are in the NTSC format. That means you must have an NTSC compatible video player in order to view our videos. If you are not sure what format your country uses, consult your DVD or video player's owners manual. The United Stares and Canada use the NTSC format.
